Inkhead Walkthrough

Follow Inkhead's currently documented four-world order from Clockwork Cove to the Clock King's Castle, with practical checkpoints for map unlocks and boss learning.

The currently documented Inkhead route runs through Clockwork Cove, Sugarplum Shores, Rickety Ridge, and the Clock King’s Castle, ending with the official goal of taking down the Clock King. Separate October 2026 walkthroughs label these as World 1 through World 4. The developer’s public description confirms the Clock King but does not publish the world names or every unlock, so use the live map to resolve any difference.

This order is community corroborated by a full all-worlds walkthrough and separate videos titled World 1, World 2, World 3, and World 4. It is more reliable than an unrelated search snippet, but it remains a snapshot of the live game in October 2026. Do not invent a missing requirement when your map disagrees; confirm the current node state first.

Before leaving the opening area

Choose Casual if you are still learning controls or visual cues. Locate movement, aiming, shooting, and the parry action in the current prompts. The developer states that pink objects are parryable. Practise recognizing the color before trying to force every opportunity, and keep enough distance to see how the rest of the pattern interacts with it.

Check the map or world-selection interface before and after the first clear. Note the exact marker that was available, the completion sign that appears afterward, and the next marker that changes. This gives you a version-specific route instead of relying on a creator’s cursor movement in an older recording.

Clear each world with the same route discipline

For every available encounter, use the first attempt to observe the full opening. Prioritize survival and map the repeated cues. On the next attempt, keep shooting during safe space, practise one pink parry, and shorten offense before the next uncertain beat. If the encounter has a visible transition, treat the next part as a new pattern rather than assuming the opening solution still applies.

After a clear, return to the map rather than immediately replaying. Confirm that the node is marked complete and look for the next available path. If more than one route is open, choose one visible unfinished encounter and note the branch. The public evidence does not prove an exact boss count or mandatory branch list, so the live completion markers are more useful than a fabricated checklist.

When a world appears finished, compare its displayed title and next connection with the Worlds index. If the next named world does not unlock, check for an unfinished visible node, a completion that failed to register, or a co-op state belonging to another player. Rejoining the official experience is safer than installing a modified client or following an “unlock all worlds” download.

Handle co-op without losing the route

Before a shared attempt, decide which account needs the progression and make sure both players are in the intended server and encounter. Agree on short calls such as “pink left,” “crossing hazard,” or “reset position.” Avoid having both players chase the same parry if that collapses the available safe space.

After the clear, both players should inspect their own map. A visual ending in another player’s session is not proof that your account received the same completion. The current public description confirms co-op but does not document party ownership, player scaling, revives, or save credit. Treat those as live checks, not universal rules.

Prepare for the Clock King’s Castle

The developer description makes the Clock King the final named objective. Enter the last route with a stable control layout and a practice method that survived the first three worlds. You should be able to identify a pink cue without abandoning position, describe why a pattern hit you, and repeat at least one safe damage window.

Do not spend every revive or reward on the first attempt merely because the route looks final. First see how far the pattern goes and whether there are clear transitions. Then decide whether a resource buys useful learning or only prolongs an attempt whose opening is still unreliable. The Clock King guide keeps the plan focused without inventing health, phase, attack, or reward data.

Full visual walkthrough

Use this October 2026 walkthrough to compare map transitions, world title cards, and the route into the ending. Pause at the start of each world, perform that segment in your own game, then return only if the map or pattern is unclear.

Watching the whole run before playing can spoil visual surprises and encourage you to imitate movement without understanding the cue. A better method is segment-by-segment: identify the next title or map transition, play it, then compare the result. Ignore exact damage and timing unless your current difficulty, device, group size, and version match the recording.

Recovery checklist when progression stops

  1. Confirm you are in the official Trout Land experience and not a similarly named place.
  2. Return to the current map and inspect every visible unfinished marker.
  3. Reopen the most recent encounter only if its completion indicator is absent.
  4. If you played co-op, check progression on the account that needs the unlock.
  5. Rejoin a fresh official server if the map fails to update after a confirmed clear.
  6. Compare the displayed world name with the dated walkthrough, but follow the live map when they conflict.

Completion notes worth keeping

For each world, save the displayed name, difficulty, completion date, last cleared marker, next available route, one reliable pink parry cue, and one unresolved obstacle. This is enough to recover after an update or interrupted co-op session. It also separates what you observed from what a video merely suggested.

Evidence status

Inkhead identity, the Clock King objective, pink parries, solo/co-op, and Casual/Expert are official. Clockwork Cove, Sugarplum Shores, Rickety Ridge, the Clock King’s Castle, and their World 1–4 order are community corroborated through directly relevant current walkthroughs checked October 27, 2026. Exact node order, boss roster, unlock conditions, endings, rewards, and checkpoint behavior still need in-game verification.
